1 DAY
Self-arrival in Stromboli.
 

At 11:00 Accommodation in typical Aeolian residence in the centre of Stromboli, just a few steps from the harbor. Each room is equipped with kitchen, private bathroom with shower and hot water, air conditioning, TV and private terrace.
 

PROGRAM
CLIMBING TO THE CRATER

Appointment for departure in the afternoon from Piazza San Vincenzo. Accompanied by a volcanological guide you will be able to visit ancient finds and follow the volcano climbing to reach the "Lunar Zone", where the naturalness is unspoiled and the scenery is brilliant.
It will overcome the “Sciara del Fuoco” (Stream of fire) until reach the summit "Pizzo" 918 meters, a beautiful natural terrace 200 meters away from the volcano. One hour stop.The descent will take place from the south-east side to reach Piazza San Vincenzo.

At 08:00 Breakfast
At 11:00 Leave the rooms. Free day to visit the island of Stromboli.

N.B. To climb to the crater of Stromboli is required following equipment and / or clothing: hiking shoes flashlight with extra batteries, at least one spare T-shirt, a sweatshirt, a jacket, at least one liter of water per person and dinner bag.
This equipment can be rented.
